As residents of the UK, we had no previous experience of selling property in the US. The prospect was daunting, to say the least. Customer service is very important to me. Robb answers the phone every time I call and gets me an answer immediately. I had been in contact with 2 other agents from another company prior to finding Jane online. I felt discouraged and worried that I would not find a home...then I spoke to Jane. She researched and arranged showings for all available properties that I was interested in and found more that she thought I would like. Janelle is an excellent realtor. She answers all your questions and has good suggestions for solutions to your problems. She is caring but at the same time very professional.

She is very knowledgeable about housing construction and real estate laws and provides good suggestions for other sources of info whenever you ask her something she doesn't know about.

She is not a shark, as so many other realtors are in my experience.
